At Craftjewelry Master we strive to make every piece of personalized jewelry as precious and beautiful as the moment it commemorates.

If your item arrives damaged, incorrectly designed, or is simply not what you expected, please let us know immediately and we'll do our utmost to recreate it to your full satisfaction. To get in touch concerning a return or cancellation, please email us here.

Return Policy

New, unworn items can be returned to Craftjewelry Master within 100 days of delivery.

Please note that because all our personalized items are one-of-a-kind, those returns will incur a 30% restocking fee.

Cancellation Policy

  • Once your order has been submitted we are immediately beginning the process of production of your personalized items.
  • If you would like to cancel your purchase, the restocking fee is 30% of the total amount of the item. To cancel your order, please contact our Customer Care Representatives.
  • Cancellations will be processed on the day we receive your cancellation request.
  • Your account you used to purchase your items will be refunded. It may take up to 7 business days from the day your refund was approved.

Craftjewelry Master reserves the right to make any amendments to this policy at any time. Notification of any changes will be published on this page.
